If the product is damaged, we will accept the return.
Step 1: If the product tears, please contact us within 3 working days after receiving the package.
Step 2: Please take a clear real photo (video is best), complete information (product code, size, quantity) and send it to us by email
Step 3: We will check and get back to you as soon as possible
Step 4: You can choose a new one in the next order, or you can return and refund.
Step 5: If the product is returned, we will update your shipping label and send us the tracking number.
Step 6: We will refund you after receiving the package.
